Living in Jersey - Car Registration

Vehicles coming to the island must have an insurance certificate, a vehicle registration document. Drivers must have a valid driving licence or international driving permit. By law all vehicles must be inspected prior to registration by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Department. Applications for new Jersey Driving Licences are available from the Driver and Vehicle Standards Department.
